WHY WE EXIST.
Singapore renovation is built on a pyramid. Designers sell you a mood. They sub to a contractor. The contractor subs to carpenters, tilers, painters, electricians. Every layer takes a cut. Every layer points fingers when something goes wrong.
We flattened the pyramid.
We flipped that model. We have our own carpentry factory. We brought tiling and painting in-house. We committed to ENF-grade boards as standard — the lowest formaldehyde rating that exists.
One company does every trade. We answer for everything. That's it. That's the pitch.

A JTC Industrial City facility with CNC routing, edge-banding, a hydraulic press, and dedicated QC and packing stations — running boards your carpenter would normally only see pre-cut, delivered on a truck.
Every client is invited to walk the floor before signing. Most do. Some bring their kids.
ENF.
<0.025 mg/m³.
ENF (Exceeds No Formaldehyde) is the strictest formaldehyde emission rating in the world. Most SG studios use E1 boards — roughly 5× the formaldehyde of ENF. Some use E0, which is still 2× higher.
We went ENF as standard. Not as an upgrade. Not as a premium option. Every board we cut is ENF-grade — same price, same quote.
