Our own joinery factory means designers and makers sit close. Sketch it on Monday, watch it get cut on Thursday — and learn how things are actually made.

We tell clients the truth — about boards, budgets and trade-offs. We expect the same of each other. No politics, no passing the buck.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR.

◢ ROLE 01

FULL-TIMEDEFU SOUTH

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Own projects end to end — from the first brief and concept to space planning, material selection, drawings, and seeing it through our factory and site to handover. You won't hand your design to a stranger; you'll watch it get built.

◢ WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run client briefs, concepts and space planning
Select materials and detail the joinery with our factory
Produce drawings and carry them through to site and handover

◢ WHAT WE LOOK FOR

A portfolio with real, built work — not just renders
Fluency in space planning and carpentry detailing
An eye for warm, restrained Japandi / Scandi / minimal interiors
Comfort talking to clients honestly, and reading a renovation budget
SketchUp / AutoCAD / 2020; on-site experience a plus

3–6 MONTHSDESIGN / STUDIO

INTERNSHIP

A real seat in a working studio. Shadow live projects, help with drawings and material sourcing, sit in on factory visits, and do the unglamorous-but-essential work that makes a studio run. You'll leave knowing how a home actually gets built.

◢ WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support designers on live projects and drawings
Help source materials and build mood boards
Join factory and site visits, and keep the studio moving

◢ WHAT WE LOOK FOR

A design or architecture student who's curious and organised
Some SketchUp and Adobe; willing to learn the rest
Not afraid of a factory floor or an honest day's work
A good attitude over a perfect CV
